RA Number Request

We understand that sometimes you need to return a product, and we're here to help.

A Return Authorisation (RA) Number is a numbered authorisation provided by Leader to permit the return of a product.

All returns require an RA Number, please do not return your product to Leader until you have received an RA Number. The RA Number issued to you must be clearly marked on the delivery label.

You will no longer be able to log a RMA using the Alloy website, please click on below link which will take you to Leader Computers RMA logging Portal. Please email your local State Leader RA Team to assist and help guide you to raise a RA# in the Leader Portal for your future warranty requests.
