EXP39 is ideal for receptionists, administrative assistants, call center agents, power phone users, and executives who need to monitor and manage a large volume of calls on a regular basis.Note: To support the use of EXP39 Expansion Modules, individual units of Yealink model SIPT38G, SIP-T28x or SIPT26x IP phones must be running firmware version 2.51.x or higher. If you need to upgrade your firmware, the latest version is available HERE (in T28 and T26 folders. . If you are using both accessories, you only need to load the firmware version in the folder "Firmware to Support EHS36"). The EXP38 is compatible for use with the following Yealink IP Phones:
