Cyberdata's latest Version 3 SIP-enabled IP Indoor Intercom is a Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) and VoIP (Voice over IP) two-way communication and door entry device, with enhanced performance specifications.

Cyberdata's latest Version 3 Indoor intercom adds new features to those offered by the previous V2 model, and utilises a new and faster processor giving enhanced performance specifications. This makes the newest version of the CyberData SIP-enabled VoIP Indoor Intercom perfect for environments requiring two-way communication and secure access. The Intercom easily connects into existing local area networks with a single cable connection and is compatible with most SIP-based IP-PBX servers that comply with RFC 3261.

In addition to it's primary intercom function, the V3 VoIP Intercom can be configured as a Night Ringer with two SIP extensions. One extension can be assigned to a page group for auto answer paging. The second extension can be assigned to a "First-to-Answer" Night Ring group with IP phones. An audio ring file is activated when the second SIP extension of the Intercom is dialed. If any of the IP phones in the ring group is answered (or if the caller hangs up), the Intercom stops ringing.

A dry contact relay is provided for Door Control applications.

The V3 Intercom now supports SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony) in Cisco environments. SRST parameters are entered statically into the V3 Intercom's internal management webpage.
